It all starts with a quote.  A floorplan with back wall dimensions for the lengths. Depths from the wall out to the front of the cabinet, including overhang. Backsplash if needed and the height required. Standard splash is loose and 4" tall - coved is attached transitioning from the horizontal work surface with a 3/8" radius up 4" to complete the splash.

The type of product you are looking for, color and or series of the product you are interested in. Your sink preference and any appliances that figure into the layout are also needed.

As you can see a lot of thought and preparations goes into getting you an accurate quote. Bear in mind discussing a project isn't nearly enough, it only becomes a job once the proposal is signed and returned.  We want to document all the details of your project so you have the peace of mind that things will go smoothly and you end up with exactly what you envisioned.

We recommend that you schedule your job at least two weeks before your cabinets are to be installed. Each job requires two dates on our calendar. the measure date and the install date. As a general rule from the time we measure and all data collected we need 10 business days to complete your project for solid surface tops, 15 business days for quartz.

Before we can come out and digitize your project, cabinets must be set and lie flat to within 1/8" in the same plane. It is important to have a decision maker available to verify the details like color, sinks, appliances and edge choice. This is the perfect opportunity to review and confirm details before your tops go into production. Any and all cutouts for sinks and appliances should be made available at this time.

If this is a top replacement then we ask that the counters are cleared in order to give us an unobstructed access so our equipment can get accurate measurements.
